What is the BIMI Audience Insights Report?

The BIMI Audience Insights Report uses real data – your email domain’s DMARC reports– to provide a clear picture of how impactful BIMI could be for your brand. With this tool, you can estimate how many times your logo will appear in email inboxes hosted by major providers like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Apple’s iCloud Mail.

For example, the report breaks down data from the past thirty days, allowing you to estimate the impact of potential brand impressions by implementing BIMI for your domain.

How to use the BIMI Audience Insights Report

This new feature is free for all users of Valimail Monitor, Enforce, and Amplify and it’s incredibly simple to use.

  1. Navigate to Audience Insights: Log into your Valimail dashboard and go to the “Audience Insights” section under the BIMI menu in the left navigation bar. We’ll immediately populate data showing potential BIMI inbox impressions (counts of email messages sent to the largest domains that support BIMI sender logos). 
  2. Select your domain: Choose the email domain you want to analyze, and the report will instantly populate with data from the past thirty days.
  3. Understand your reach: You’ll see how your messages were delivered to the top BIMI-compatible inbox providers, like Google, Yahoo, Apple, Fastmail, and others. Your top three recipients will be highlighted, while additional recipients will appear under the “others” category. For example, if Yahoo is the top recipient, it will be displayed first. If Apple isn’t in the top three, it won’t appear in the graph and will likely be counted in the “Others” category. The top 3 BIMI providers are where your opportunity lives to drive impact. 

With this data, you can easily identify where your largest BIMI opportunities lie and start planning your next steps to maximize impact.
